給与・待遇薪资・待遇Salary & conditions年俸制 266万円
月給：入社〜6ヶ月 22万円／6ヶ月後 24万1千円（固定残業代20〜40時間分を含む）
昇給あり年薪制 266万日元

有调薪Annual salary: 2.66 million yen
Monthly: 220,000 yen (first 6 months) / 241,000 yen (after 6 months) (includes 20–40 hours of fixed overtime pay)

勤務予定地工作地点Work location千葉支店（千葉県千葉市中央区新町24番9 千葉ウエストビル8階）またはお客様先（千葉県内・東京23区内・横浜近隣）千叶分店（千叶县千叶市中央区新町24-9 千叶West大厦8层）或客户现场（千叶县内・东京23区内・横滨周边）Chiba Branch (Chiba West Bldg. 8F, 24-9 Shinmachi, Chuo-ku, Chiba) or client sites (within Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo’s 23 wards, or near Yokohama)
勤務時間工作时间Working hours9:00〜18:00（常駐先により異なる場合あり。在宅勤務・フレックス勤務のプロジェクトもあり）9:00〜18:00（视常驻现场而异。也有居家办公・弹性工作制的项目）9:00–18:00 (may vary by assigned site; some projects offer remote work or flextime)
休日・休暇休息・休假Holidays & leave週休2日制（土日）、祝日、夏季・年末年始休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇、一時帰国休暇（5日間）／年間休日125日双休制（周六日）、节假日、夏季・年末年初假期、带薪年假、婚丧假、临时回国假（5天）／年休日125天Two days off per week (Sat/Sun), public holidays, summer and New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence and celebration leave, temporary home-country return leave (5 days) / 125 days off per year

業務内容工作内容Job description生成AIを活用したアプリケーション設計・開発、AIソリューションの導入支援、お客様の業務分析・AI活用提案、システム受託開発、進捗・課題管理 等运用生成式AI的应用程序设计・开发、AI解决方案的导入支持、客户业务分析与AI运用提案、系统受托开发、进度・课题管理 等Application design and development leveraging generative AI, support for implementing AI solutions, analysis of client operations and AI use-case proposals, contract system development, progress and issue management, etc.
給与・待遇薪资・待遇Salary & conditions年齢・経験・能力を考慮の上、優遇いたします。
参考年俸 360〜750万円（月給30〜62万5千円、固定残業代20〜40時間分を含む）
昇給あり将根据年龄・经验・能力从优录用。
参考年薪 360〜750万日元（月薪30〜62万5千日元，含20〜40小时固定加班费）
有调薪Compensation determined favorably based on age, experience, and ability.
Reference annual salary: 3.6–7.5 million yen (monthly 300,000–625,000 yen, includes 20–40 hours of fixed overtime pay)
